Now that we are often expected to know an answer right away, I wonder how many people skim,(speed reading) through long reading to just get an answer? When I do this the experience is not same, and the information is not always as interesting if I did not see or understand why the author came to such a conclusion.

When a living human, not the AI, places that much thought into a blog post, then by golly you will want to read it word for word. You may just not only learn something, but will also feel the author’s sentiments as well.
