30 James PoeArtistry — Reporters Write
Reporters Write but not like me
1 Timothy 5:18 For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” and, “The laborer is worthy of his wages.”
Hi Perceptive Readers, How many of you ever read a newspaper? Did you know reading the newspaper was a favorite part of the day for many adults last century in the 1900s?
Papers were delivered in the early morning and the late afternoon to your home depending on the subscription you purchased. It is my observation back then that the adults during the warm months would sometimes sit outside just reading their paper with a contentment of peace. Imagine that! You reading about the news and having peace?
Well, not all the sections focused on the world news. There were many businesses, advertising, entertainment, local, etc news all being written about.
I have to admire people who are able to write about world news every day as they keep emotions under control so we all can get the accurate information being printed.
Reporters write like that, but not me with the poetic heart.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve written many reports in my life all based on facts; it is just something I would say is not my first choice to do with today’s news.
I leave that type of important writing to the important writers who enjoy it and receive a job satisfaction feeling of well done from the readers of decades going by and today!
Best regards, James
