August, 2024 is around the corner - Each day is an opportunity to apply some new/old advice more fully. We have eternity to learn, love and grow

Some days I see the value of secretaries/administrative assistants on a level that goes to show they earn a raise every year. What is the average salary? With this being said; the first responders salary budgets should never be in fear of cuts either. IMHO I realize equipment and tools are factored in the budget each each year. And some equipment improvements may have to wait until next year's budget. However; the first responders salaries hopefully are a different meeting all together. It should not be either/or when it comes to their wages. After one sole meeting just for SALARIES for an 1 AGENDA topic; I bet alot of you administrators will leave the office that day a lot happier. - Regards James
