Dear Perceptive Reader, I have a question. How does taking quiet time for yourself everyday helps you. You may have also applied the advice to arise early enough in the morning so you donât have to feel rushed in accomplishing tasks for the day. Young and older people alike may feel they need all the sleep time they can get up to the last minute. It is understandable and often needed for rest to do the body good. Maybe, you can go to bed that much earlier. Iâve known people in my life to already be in their pajamas by 7 at night when they had no other events or engagements to attend at that time. Those same persons were often up with the roosters as well. Chuckle. These are just routines that have worked for some to get more quiet time back in their lives for breathing, reading, and exercising. Kind regards, James
