Personal Commentary Quotes by James Lynch Jr.
Quote 1: On Acknowledging the Situation & Protecting Followers
"Jesus had been betrayed by Judas... And then he did something in this account that we're going to read that goes to show it was almost like Jesus was saying, 'Okay, you got me in this situation now'... But then he made sure that even the disciples—the ones who weren't going to really stand with him or deny him even—was going to be okay. That they weren't going to have to go through what he was going through at that time."
— James Lynch Jr., READING Wisdom Series

Quote 2: On the Window of Ministry & Reasonable Pleading
"For more than three years, three and a half years or what have you, what did Jesus do? He actually preached and taught, entertained people's thoughts, even the ones who already had made up in their mind they weren't going to listen to him... But now it moved into a different window where you're going to see Jesus was going to fulfill the rest of his earthly ministry... Jesus had already been more than reasonable over three years or so of his ministry—pleading, healing, teaching, listening."
— James Lynch Jr., READING Wisdom Series

Quote 3: On Stopping Endless Repetition to Closed Minds
"You will end up seeing now that it's almost like Jesus was saying, 'It's all said and done now. I don't have to keep repeating myself anymore because you know the situation. You know how I feel about it.' And so they could talk and bark all they want."
— James Lynch Jr., READING Wisdom Series

Quote 4: On Commanding Spiritual Boundaries ('Leave Them Alone')
"Jesus used the divine word of God... he basically said, 'Leave them alone.' And whatever was going on behind in the spirit realm, behind that statement or that command, they knew better and they actually did what Jesus told them to do then left them alone."
