You just have to ignore certain business philosophies of people. The Bible says a person is stupid for replying to a matter without hearing (accurately)  from both sides in application. So these people who sacrifice love for the sake of efficiency; may be thinking they are so wise and smart when really they are part of the machine/system condemning innocent or downtrodden people.
