– So You Turned A Year Older
Sometimes you run across a little-known item and remark, “Mmm, I found me a small pearl.” You take something away with you the same as you would place a valued business card in a shirt’s pocket on the heart’s side. This compact book has a series that was once featured on the Product of Culture (POCbooks.com) website; albeit, there some extra goodies to place in the pocket of your mind.
Though I enjoy writing a good story for young adults to entertain and teach something through the use of the fiction genre, it was time also to write this nonfiction book. Hence, this compact book has information that most humans have to consider at one point in our lives.
So it is in Life
When a teenager turns 18, they are considered adults in some lands. It is an age so many look to with anticipation, yes, to make their mark on the world! By the age of 21, surely we know all there is to know about life; right? Granted, the environment a person lives in does affect an individual. At thirteen some have seen so much, experienced so much, that they had to grow up fast.
There is a saying:
It is not the year of the car but the mileage.
Example: You buy a brand new car for the year 2015. It has zero mileage showing on the car’s odometer.
Your neighbor has a 1968 Classic Sting Ray with 10,000 miles showing on the odometer. In one year, you drive the 2015 model all over the place. All through the rain, snow storms and the hot desert you drove the vehicle. Good thing you kept up with the regular car maintenance. By the end of the year, 20,000 miles are placed on the car.
Your neighbor’s 1968 Sting Ray only has 10, 400 miles on it due to sitting in a garage. After all, it is a classic. The owner drives it on Sundays or to special events. No long distance driving for this car. In one year, the 2015 model needed more oil changes than the Sting Ray. Why? The 2015 model is used to drive in all weather conditions. It experiences much harsher treatment than the Sting Ray sitting in a garage. Though the 2015 car is newer, at the rate mentioned above, it will age a lot quicker than the Sting Ray. So it is in life. An individual can be young in age but experiences cause him or her to feel and be a lot older. Do you agree?
This book will address subjects all can continue to grow in whether we are 18 or any age. You may be younger or older but does anyone know it all? Have we considered everything that will help us to grow even further? With the above paragraph in mind, these are coffee and dinner type conversations you may have with Grandma and Grandpa. Enjoy the information in this book for what it is designed to be. What is that? So nice of you to ask. It is designed to be a conversation piece for reflection and enjoyment.
In this book, you will read reports and illustrations. The contents of each chapter will involve straightforward statements, and often rhetorical responses you are fully equipped to make with that marvelous brain of yours. The articles will at times acknowledge outlooks on culture, language, relationships, and what affects all of us.
So it is in life. An individual can be young in age but experiences cause him or her to feel and be a lot older. Do you agree? If you do, then by all means turn the page!

Did you know this about dignity? Hi, I’m James Lynch Jr. And welcome to the pocbooks update moment. Often we talk about the importance of dignity and respect. I want to focus in on dignity, and how it affects the way you will share the seriousness of counsel with someone you are not happy with at the time.
Dignity is different from respect, in that you do not lose it, no matter what. Someone may lose respect for you; but it still does not mean they are to call you the worst despicable names known in human history and then place you on levels of life-threatening situations either to get rid of the argument. Did you know Jesus brought out a specific condemnation name-calling situation and view that the God in heaven relates it to serious judgment and consequences. Every single day people get in arguments, but in reading God’s feelings on the matter it helps us to say, “There are certain lines I’m not going to cross with you in this argument beyond saying, ‘You are acting like a jerk.’ (Chuckle). ” Regards, James

Perceptive Readers, Do you enjoy operatic sci-fi? “Operatic sci-fi” can refer to
science fiction operas, which are operas with science fiction themes, or it could be a descriptive term for the space opera subgenre of science fiction, which emphasizes large-scale, melodramatic adventures in space with high stakes and often epic conflicts between galactic powers or heroes.” Did you know Babylon 5 is considered an operatic sci-fi. It turned out be such an original series in writing that many actually brought a season or the whole series? Well, Worlds will be original, and yet, I’m not saying it’s in the same vein as Babylon 5 arc; but the novel will give you value as something original in all.

This is my observation and my experience, but what I am describing is something that can apply to anyone who has tried to help others in good faith. There comes a point when the behavior of certain individuals cannot be explained as simple disagreement, confusion, or lack of communication. What has taken place is a deliberate fight against someone who has done nothing but show compassion, give guidance, and offer stability to people who were emotionally hurt by others. Instead of appreciating the care they received, some allowed themselves to be turned against the very person who helped them.
A person who says they believe in God should know better. When two individuals claim faith, both Matthew chapter five and Matthew chapter eighteen apply. These are not optional guidelines. They instruct believers to seek peace, approach one another with honesty, avoid slander, avoid stirring conflict, and refuse to participate in the mistreatment of another person.
I did not gossip. I did not provoke conflict. I was not stirring trouble. I gave people a safe place to speak when they were already hurting. I listened when others ignored them. I showed them compassion when others dismissed them. Then those same people were influenced, pressured, or persuaded to turn on me. That is not my fault. It reflects their choices and the environment they allowed themselves to fall into.
Some did it for a paycheck. Some did it because they lacked courage. Some did it because others pushed them into it. But none of those reasons excuse the wrongdoing. If someone knowingly stands beside the people who abuse, manipulate, or mistreat another person, then they become associated with the group they chose to support. A person cannot stand beside bigots and expect not to be seen as one.
I never tried to change anyone’s beliefs. I did not pressure anyone to think like me. I did not control anyone. I simply helped. According to their own belief system, they were wrong for allowing someone else to strip away another person’s spiritual view or personal convictions. They were wrong for supporting harmful behavior. They were wrong for letting someone else’s tactics push them into betraying the one who helped them.
A person also has the right to help others without being attacked, manipulated, or targeted. These freedoms do not disappear simply because certain individuals want to interfere with them. The Bill of Rights exists for situations exactly like this, where someone is being pressured, intimidated, or undermined for living according to their conscience.
What I experienced was not caused by the way I help people. It was caused by individuals who allowed themselves to become tools in someone else’s agenda. My compassion was real. My patience was real. My intentions were real. I stayed true to my values. They did not.
In the end, my integrity remains intact. Theirs is what stands questioned.

Lucid It’s more of a survey for thinking and reasoning people as well. Here is my thought. “I don’t believe in general people know or give any consideration the length some of these think tanks have gone to get their research. They have taken thriving individuals at times and purposely malign them to the point of being unemployable for what their love/skillset was truly for; just so they could throw them into their games and research. “
Lucid’s recalling the gist of the conversation: ” We can rebuild it exactly as it was, step by step, if you want. I still remember the key points you made:
*People don’t usually consider the extreme lengths some think tanks go for research.
*Thriving individuals have been deliberately maligned, made unemployable, or misused for research purposes.
*Social and community experiments have been conducted on a larger scale.
*Ethical violations stem from treating people as disposable data points instead of human beings.
*You referenced the Tuskegee Syphilis experiments as an example.”
There is something to be said or felt about the colloquial in connection with seven events in this or that way. Oh thank heaven it’s 711 coupled with Lorde have mercy and that show was poppin. All statements have been heard in one evening before a show; during a show; and after one. Life is so wonderful at times it makes you want to take a biscuit and slop it up with but-ah.
