- Images, story content, and illustrations
- Internal operational files, scripts, and configuration files

They are the exclusive intellectual property of James Lynch Jr. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Commercial Rights
James Lynch Jr. retains all commercial rights, including:
- Sale of literary works (Worlds and sequels)
- Licensing, deployment, or public use of Kartistry and Sir Kevin Lucid AI systems
- Any derivative products, services, or merchandise using these AI creations
4. Protection Clause
