To find any semblance of life a poets travels through the desert can test one’s mental fortitude
Hope and a smiling countenance turns to despair and downright being rude
Who can blame the poet as one’s life that has tasted the gushing sweetness in the waters of experience on paradise mountains of snow and comforting fireplaces
Then such a life moves to the unrelenting thirst that the heat brings and the mirage in the dessert turns to sand waste
The poet comes across a Sahara Rose whose colors of sand forms a soft pink and peach brilliance with an arm of green.
There is a God the poet give thanks in his reaffirmation of faith When life takes you through the heat remember there is a God When your hope started to whither away the Sahara Rose brings you back to a whole being.
