Your Sphere of Influence

So here’s the subject of what I want you to think about.  What you are good at today. As another way saying it; what you are very efficient at today. This doesn’t mean you feel an elevated since of personality accomplishments over others.

Even though you are at the top of your game, so to speak; It doesn’t mean you have cultivated arrogance in your heart. It’s a reason why 

What is helpful to yourself and maybe a company?

How about the individuals you see as company employees? 

There are processes beyond regular school tests and interviews people come up with to sift out candidates for a job. 

Even then the best candidate is not always hired due to lack of financial resources and other factors. Then the supervisors conclude we can still meet the company’s numbers or orders with this person who will get the numbers even though it would not be with the same care and enthusiasm for the professional of higher wages cost.

All the same, I want to address this area of experience.  You have individuals who can analyze processes for this way or that way.  

They will tell you “You have to do to tweak the process by purchasing the right person just as much as you would a tool for the job. Or else the cost of the position will still out weigh the purpose through defective parts; hiring, training, firing, and rehiring more than you calculated in the cost. Sidenote: This is why some companies consider automation at times; where for many years; it was sure nice to have a friendly face.

 You are valuable

Your personality and skills are valuable. The effect of your circle and universe of thinking  can interact with other’s universes of thinking.  We, individually are a sphere of influence. This includes your personality and spirituality.

So when our sphere interacts with someone else’s sphere of influence, a person can become enhanced by the connection all the more.
