Spices to Eat Right

I’ve found it to be a wonderful life to taste the herbs and spices God placed upon the earth; especially the hot ones. When people talk about the earth having everything we need it was not an understatement. Different hunger and pangs subside when we are eating overall the right foods for our bodies. This is just one more reason why I didn’t and still don’t mock those granola girls. Oh, they are now grown beautiful woman aren’t they? – Best regards, The Sage
