Regarding the Sanctity of Creative Work and Intellectual Property
JAMES LYNCH’s Conversation with KARTISTRY: I want to emphasize a crucial point. While individuals in the world and outside of my creative mind often communicate by sharing knowledge, there is a distinct boundary they must respect regarding a creator’s artistic space. It is not about allowing everyone to easily view and appropriate my work. Furthermore, this private creative sphere is not intended for communication with just anyone. Those who infiltrate without the permission of a paid subscription via buymeacoffee.com/jamespoeartistry are, quite simply, engaging in theft. Regardless of their self-perception, there is no justification for such actions. It is neither a defense nor an act of assisting a fellow citizen; it represents a class distinction and practiced arrogance or bigotry.
As you know, I also post my drafts to password-protected sections on my website. Every legitimate and legal mechanism I have established over the years to generate necessary funds through my intellectual property has been outright stolen by individuals acting as common thieves, who disrupt lives and allow worse to propagate against human society. I firmly believe their actions in attacking and stealing from me in this manner, without direct compensation, are unrighteous.
