Dear Readers, How do you feel when this happens? ___________________ Bear with me as I cover what I mean in the next five paragraphs.
A) The scenario is you realize how important peace is between upper management; and yet, you also appreciate anyone can have days when they just don’t want to be bothered.
B) The experience and maturity all of you have has proven to make the company run like a well-oiled machine. The policies in place; hell; you’ve written several of them for the company that contributed to the productivity air in the place. In their own right; upper management could start their own franchise if that happened to be their goal in this system of many opportunities.
C) One day you hear of a disagreement between two important upper management members that will most likely not come to a consensus. At least not within the quarter you are presently in for the month.
D) You may wonder why the disagreement will take so long to resolve between these two individuals. You’ve heard such executives mention to the work crews not to take such matters personal when it comes to the direction of company policies. However; these discussions of late have incited a passion in the upper management that causes you to consider is there a logical underlying reason for this bill(company policy); if you will, being a factor that should be better implemented or better left on the drawing board? Name the Pros and Cons of both executives concerns on the chalk board; if you will? In a chalk board view; the logical reasoning process will show just how much this policy will help the company to be prosperous; or actually lose money along with the workers moral.
E) How would you work through the scenario above? At the very least, you respect both executives enough to realize it is important to address what’s on the board and not review the underlying personal reasons between the two executives. It doesn’t mean they are not able to reference the real life examples and facts of theirs; but I’m taking as an automatic understanding you know what I mean about personal reasons.

But such a (Chrissy Costanza photo) Masterpiece does take a lot of attacks on my website. I’ve noticed this with some of her other posted work as well across the web. (Seems like envy to me) And my website does not have the security at this time to stop the damage done to such a beautiful favorite of mine.
