Dear Perceptive Reader,

Just look around. I’ve always felt companies should stay personable no matter how lucrative they have become. This is why I continue to say: when you contact a person through their official channels, you should get a response. And, if they are that lucrative, then they should not try and cut costs by leaving out a very well-trained help desk with people who love their jobs. It doesn’t need to be a huge staff; just enough to manage correspondence in a timely manner and resolve problems. I realize the new technologies have made some of these staffing jobs go away; I still feel moved to share my thoughts on this matter all the same.
