Once I came to the realization that God, yes, The Grand Creator made fruit to eat; reference The Garden of Eden, I decided nothing could be wrong with apples.

Take apples for instance, how do you think an apple a day keeps the doctor away was inspired?
By a lot of people who eat apples and saying they have never been sick a day in their life. That’s The Sages for you
I think humans are doing their bodies good by eating apples on a weekly basis if not daily for health. Just ask the doctor who is staying away now because of all the benefits you are receiving each day.
If you sometimes doubt the appreciation for fruit and vegetables, then to fully realize on an optimal level you should moderately exercise as well.
Your body will heal and give you energy even in the upward decades of life. In other words, you will still enjoy a quality of life where people will still be calling you the GOAT or OG that you are, chuckle.
