Advice and Opinion
It feels good when a person knows and trusts you enough that your advice is valuable. How do you determine whether you can trust someone or not? Is it from the feedback of his/her friends or do you take the time to know the potential friend yourself?
Underestimating someone can cause a person to miss out on something good. Inasmuch, placing a person’s reliability too high a level that they cannot live up to also bring disappointments.
Here is a familiar saying: “You can’t judge a book by its cover.” This means no matter what the color of skin may be, height and width of the body, or facial features; we have to see who the individual is inside.
Would you say I am far-out on my thinking in this area?
